About

Two People One Tiny Kitchen is a collaborative project created by Jay and Dani. They cook and bake in tiny spaces.

Dani has spent most of her life in Wisconsin and recently moved to Illinois to start Graduate School in Nutrition after working in the corporate side of the food  industry. At the University of Wisconsin Madison, Dani earned a bachelors degree in Dietetics and is passionate about food and healthy living.

Jay, a native of Metro Detroit, moved to Kalamazoo for college and earned his bachelors and masters in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. He is currently working West of Chicago as an engineer in the automotive industry.

Together Jay and Dani have combined their interests and have been cooking together for over two years. They also enjoy running, fluffy dogs, and traveling.
